- Web-based tracking. You can track your loads online anytime, even if you don't have a reference number readily available. Using our unique system, you may enter any information about your load -- reference number, pick-up date, pick-up location, delivery location or equipment type -- and find the most updated information about your shipment.
- Round-the-clock service. No matter what time of day or night you have a question about your load, our 24-hour dispatch service is available to provide you with answers.
- EDI capability. Our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) services make it possible for you to keep close electronic tabs on your shipments throughout the freight movement process.
- Online tools. When you ship with C2 Freight, you can take advantage of a number of helpful online tools, including the electronic ability to request a rate or request proof of delivery.
